As a Lifestyle Health Coach, I offer coaching and mentoring services in line with your health goals and objectives, to help guide and support you in making your own decisions relating to lifestyle changes.

 

My coaching services are wide-ranging and personalised and I work with people across a broad spectrum. My clients include people in good health who would like to further improve their well-being, as well as people who are suffering from chronic diseases or mystery illnesses who are looking for holistic solutions. My intentions are as follows:

To restore faith and give you hope. Hope that there are answers, because there are. To help you feel not only more energised and healthy, but inspired, empowered and equipped; so you are able to implement what you learn from me and more and apply it to your lifelong health journey.

To open your mind to other avenues of resources and healing. To guide and support you and your loved ones, as you uncover the hidden truths of your health concerns.

Through my Holistic Solution Design Process I aim to reveal new ways of thinking and a unique approach to addressing your health and well-being concerns and goals. I help you create and maintain sustainable change on your terms.

Discovery Session

The process will commence with a Discovery Session with me, during which I will learn more about your health journey and health objectives. Thereafter I will draw on my knowledge and experience and prepare an initial personalised proposal to help support, assist and guide you. My suggestions will be presented to you in a follow up consultation.

Consultation

During your first consultation I will share my suggestions and recommendations based on the information collected in the Discovery Session, together with information you share with me during your first consultation itself. I will dig deeper to find out more. The deeper we go the closer to the truth we get. I will share what I know that is of relevance to your journey and answer questions you may have.

Plan and Action

Action is pivotal if you intend to transform your health as you will never plough a field by turning it over in your mind. I will formulate a plan of action for you and I will help you take action, prioritise and integrate the lifestyle changes you decide to take on board into your life. I will support you as you implement your customised plan.

Ongoing Support

It’s the small positive changes we make every single day that have a significant impact on our long-term health. While such changes may be hugely beneficial they are not necessarily easy to make. I offer ongoing support to assist and guide you as you transform your health one day at a time. You will be able to tap into my knowledge, experience and resources together with accountability, as you bring about change.

Is this for you?

The coaching services I provide include once-off sessions through to long term coaching, in person or online. My coaching will resonate with you if you want to further support your well-being or if you are tired of being sick and are open to new solutions, a way of thinking and are not willing to give up. It won’t resonate with you if you grapple with embracing change and taking action.

If you choose to step into this space with me, and I hope you do, it won’t necessarily be easy but I do believe it will be undoubtedly worth it. These services may cover, but are not limited too, any one or more of the following topic areas, based on my experience:

  • Understanding the impact a change in nutrition and supplementation may have for you, including the potential for weight loss.

  • Understanding the relationship between skin conditions and digestive health and what that might mean for you. 

  • Understanding how hormones change as you age and how they might impact you during peri-menopause and menopause.

  • Understanding the relationship between chronic illness and oral health and what that might mean for you. 

  • Understanding the impact of an autoimmune disease on your body and how symptoms may be managed.

  • Understanding how the liver and lymph system operate and ways in which they may be detoxed or flushed.

  • Understanding chronic or mystery illnesses.

  • How to work toward toxin free living in your environment, diet and personal care products as well as detoxing of the mind.

  • How to incorporate into your life meditation, vibration/energy work and understanding your subconscious mind.

  • Understanding what kind of services different types of medical, allied health and alternative health care practitioners may be able to offer.
