The process will commence with a Discovery Session with me, during which I will learn more about your health journey and health objectives. Thereafter I will draw on my knowledge and experience and prepare an initial personalised proposal to help support, assist and guide you. My suggestions will be presented to you in a follow up consultation.

Consultation

During your first consultation I will share my suggestions and recommendations based on information collected in the Discovery Session, together with information you share with me during your first consultation itself. I will dig deeper to find out more. The deeper we go the closer to the truth we get. I will share what I know that is of relevance to your journey and answer questions you may have.
